When is the client billed for the order?
Clients are billed once their orders are shipped.
What type of confirmation does the client receive after placing an order?
An email is sent to the client right after the order is
received. This email states that the order has been received.
Is the client notified once the order is approved?
The client is sent an email stating that the order has been accepted, which also
includes a price quote for the order.
Is the client notified of when to expect the order?
The client is sent an email stating that the order has been shipped and when to
expect it - i.e., the estimated time of arrival (ETA) quote.
Should a client contact customer service by phone or email, how long will they take to respond?
The client is called or emailed within and no later than 48 hours after initial
contact by the client.
Does the client receive a receipt for the order, and what information do such receipts include?
The client is emailed a receipt for the order, which includes our website address,
an order ID, and a tracking number. Clients are asked to save this receipt for
future reference.
Why are generic medicines so cheap?
The difference between a brand-name medicine and a generic one lies in their names,
shapes, and prices. A generic drug is usually called by the name of its active
ingredient, while a manufacturer uses a brand name. However, a manufacturer cannot
possess a patent for a certain chemical agent; this is why manufacturers of generic

How can I be sure of the quality of the medication you offer?

in state-of-the-art facilities that fully comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) stipulations
laid down by the US FDA.
Why do the generic pills I received look different?
The contents of your generic pills are absolutely the same as those of the branded versions.
The difference lies in their name, shape, and color only. Manufacturers of generic drugs cannot
use brand names on their pharmaceuticals, as that would constitute a breach of copyright;
using the names of well-known ingredients, however, is absolutely legal.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we cannot accept insurance.
What happens when I submit my order?
Your order is dispatched through our order system to a licensed physician, who will
then review the information you have submitted, and approve or decline your request.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Charges from us will appear under various discreet names on your credit card statement.
In your confirmation email we will inform you of the exact name. If you have any doubts,
contact us first! Charges are non-refundable. Disputed charges,including all reversal fees,
will be collected by our debt collection contractors.

and medical providers. We contract with reputable, fully licensed pharmacies
that dispense medications to customers placing orders through our online escrow service.
world-shipping-pharmacy.com acts as a medication broker between you (the buyer) and the licensed pharmacy (the seller).
Do I have to buy a membership to order?
We do not request that you purchase a membership or subscribe to any newsletters.

Shipping Policy:
We do not ship orders on the weekend. If you place an order on Friday after 4:00 pm
Eastern Standard Time, it will be dispatched the following Monday.
